Concessions Coordinator   This Officer shall be responsible for determining what items are to be made available at the concession stand and how they are to be obtained.  Making the arrangements to obtain the necessary workers, tables, tents, ice, electricity, etc. are also responsibilities.  Contact with the Treasurer is also required to obtain start up change, providing receipts and end of race monies.
